Our nomination highlights the innovative work we’ve done with Homes Passed Plus, our next-generation FTTH/FTTP solution. This solution is designed to make fibre installation and customer connectivity easier by pre-installing fibre up to a home’s boundary, ensuring a quick and seamless connection when needed.

The Homes Passed Plus methodology recognizes that fibre infrastructure is no longer limited to the street but can now extend closer to the premises. This significantly enhances the customer experience when requesting services, as work can commence immediately within the property boundary. Additionally, this approach reduces the costs of connections, along with the effort, time, and skills required.
