Who we are

About Us

A non-profit industry council, founded in 2011, uniting operators, vendors, cable makers and regulators to bring full-fiber networks to the Middle East and North Africa.

The council

Empowering the region's digital future through fiber.

Founded in 2011 as a non-profit, the council brings together more than 40 industry leaders (operators, vendors, cable makers and regulators) to drive fiber adoption across the Middle East and North Africa: improving connectivity, quality of life and environmental sustainability.

Members work through committees, publish council statements and research, train the region's engineers, and represent MENA inside the FTTH Global Alliance.

Our vision

An enhanced life enabled by fibre-to-the-home, everywhere in the region.

Our mission

Accelerate the availability of fiber-based, ultra-high-speed networks for consumers and businesses.
